DR. DARSHAN TOLAT, M.D.
Dr. Darshan Tolat, M.D. was born in Bombay, India and grew up in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from the University of Miami, Florida in 1984. Dr. Darshan Tolat then went to Medical School at Baylor College of Medicine to obtain his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1988. He then completed a residency in Internal Medicine Affiliated Hospitals from 1989 to 1991. The Affiliated Hospitals in the Baylor College of Medicine residency included the following prestige hospitals: The Methodist Hospital, Ben Taub Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital. Dr. Tolat remained at Baylor College where he completed his fellowship in Nephrology in 1993. Dr. Darshan Tolat has held many professional responsibilities at Conroe Regional Medical Center including Chief of Staff of Nephrology, Chief of Pharmacy and Theraputics, Chief of Doctor Credentialing and has served as Vice Chief of Staff from 2008-2010. Also, he has served as the Chief of the Medical Staff from 2010-2012. He is an active participant in the Medical Executive Committee and the Internal Medicine Meetings at Conroe Regional Medical Center. Dr. Darshan Tolat has served on the Board of Regents of Conroe Regional Medical Center from 2003 to 2006 and has served as Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston since 2000. He has been very active with training of Family Practice Residents in the Conroe Family Practice Residency program. He was voted the Community Facility Teacher for the year by the Residents in 2002 and 2007.
DR. HARINI BEJJANKI, M.D.
Dr. Harini Bejjanki is a board-certified nephrologist. Born in India, Dr. Bejjanki moved to the US in 2011. She went on to complete internal medicine residency at St. Joseph Mercy Health, Ann Arbor, MI. She worked as an assistant professor for 4 years before pursuing a nephrology fellowship at the university of Florida. She moved to Texas in 2020, to pursue a Onco-Nephrology fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson cancer center, making her one of the few Onco-Nephrologists in the world. She joined RPMC after her fellowship in 2021. Dr. Bejjanki is committed to providing the best kidney care to the patients in Montgomery County and surrounding areas, along with her expertise in Onco-Nephrology which allows her to provide excellent care to oncology patients with renal complications. She has authored numerous articles, written multiple book chapters and won several awards during her professional career. Dr. Bejjanki lives in Sterling Ridge, The Woodlands. She lives with her husband and two children - 10-year-old daughter, 6-year-old son; both elementary students at Deretchin elementary school and Scotchie her Goldendoodle son. In her free time, Dr. Bejjanki enjoys dancing, singing and traveling with her family.

ROBERT DESILVA, APP
Robert Da Silva is a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by Texas State Board of Nursing. Robert has cared for patients through a variety of nursing positions at different Houston hospitals that includes Memorial Hermann, Ben Taub Hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center and HCA West over the course of his career. His nursing career includes working in a medical-surgical unit, emergency unit, and hemodialysis unit. Since completing his advanced degree studies, Robert now specializes on providing care services to adult and geriatric populations with kidney diseases.
In his spare time he enjoys running, yoga, meditating, reading, and spending time in nature.
DR. NEELAND, M.D.
Dr. Barry N. Neeland, M.D. is the founding member of Renal Physicians of Montgomery County. He attended the University of Maryland as an undergraduate where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with high school honors in 1972. He received his M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, NY in 1976. He then moved to Houston where he completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the Baylor College of Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals. He was promoted to the position of Chief Medical Resident and Instructor in Medicine at the Methodist Hospital in Houston before undertaking his Nephrology Fellowship training at the Baylor College of Medicine. In 1982, Dr. Barry Neeland established the Nephrology practice in Conroe, Texas. He has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Practice through the University of Texas Health Science Center at the Conroe Regional Medical Center. He has been awarded clinical instructor of the year for the Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Barry Neeland is an Attending Physician at the Conroe Regional Medical center. He is on the Consulative Staff at Memorial-Herman The Woodlands Hospital, and St. Luke's Community Health Center The Woodlands. Dr. Barry Neeland is board-certified in the American Board of Internal Medicine and the subspecialty in Nephrology.
Dr. Barry Neeland retired in 2017 in knowing that his clinic practice would continue to thrive through Dr. Darshan Tolat.
